Once we have met, and explained the various issues, the next stage would be to review the available land and initial design specifications to allow us to identify the associated building costs and professional fees. This ensures that we are proposing a development within your personal budget.

Next we would hand you over to the Dalyan based team to review the land personally, organise contracts, finalise design, select finishes and agree a construction timetable. Once these decisions have been taken, the hard work is done, and the building team commence construction ready for your first guest at the beginning of the holiday season.
