Mr. Lloyd Payne is based on the south coast of the UK, and is a founder member of the partnership. For eight years Mr Lloyd Payne was in the architectural profession in the UK, reaching the level of Associate Partner in an architectural practise based in Hertfordshire. The practice expanded to have offices in Hertfordshire, Manchester, London & Edinburgh and was responsible for a wide range of developments up to and in excess of £26 million.

Mr. Lloyd Payne is responsible for the initial consultancy and advice in regards to the development and design process to follow, cost guidelines, and the introductions to the rest of the team.

Mr Boge has been responsible for the on site development of number of properties over the last year. Mr Boge is a well known in the Dalyan area, and involved in a number of business ventures.

Mr Boge identifies the labour, ensures that materials and manpower are bought onto site at the right time, and ensuring that the project milestone dates are met.

Ms. Warren is also based on the south coast of the UK. Having been a keen gardener and decorator over a number of years, and has gone through the experience of developing, landscaping and fully fitting out a number of villas in the Dalyan area
